About Chance Drive
Chance Drive is part of our specialist care service and offers residential support to individuals diagnosed with mental health concerns, learning difficulties and behaviours that challenge.
The site is made up of a six-person family home and two individual, single occupancy apartments. In the main house there are six single bedrooms with ensuite wet room facilities. Downstairs there are two large lounge rooms, sociable dining kitchen, utility room, staff room and office.
Outside there is an attractive large and secure rear garden and patio, with car parking to the front and high-level access gates.
All rooms in both accommodations are equipped with assistive technologies and call systems, in addition to access points for digital multimedia applications.
Both accommodations have been designed with the specific needs of the residents in mind and exceed all national minimum standards.

Chance Drive is located between junctions 1 and 2 of the M5 Motorway, providing excellent road links to the West Midlands. The nearest train station is half a mile away at Smethwick Galton Bridge.
Local shopping facilities are available within walking distance, which offer a range of leisure, shopping and educational opportunities. West Bromwich town centre is also close by.
