About Colliers House
Based in Coventry, West Midlands, Colliers House is part of our Specialist Care services, offering residential care to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorders.
The service comprises a purpose-built four-bedroom unit and two separate units of four apartments each.
The unit is finished to a very high standard with the safety and comfort of our residents at front of mind.
Each of the spacious bedrooms are well equipped with ensuite wet room facilities. At the heart of the home is a large communal lounge, dining kitchen, utility room, staff room, office, bathroom and toilet.
The eight individual, one-person apartments are also built and fitted out to exceed all national minimum standards and comprise lounge, kitchen/diner and bedroom.
Outside there is an attractive large and secure rear garden and patio, and car parking.

Colliers House is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers significant space to each of the individuals who live there.
The location is within walking distance of local shopping and leisure facilities as well as a medical practice and pharmacy. Nearby there is a library and a range of sports and social clubs.
Coventry city centre is three miles away from Colliers House. The main bus route is within 150 metres and the home is four miles from Coventry train station and less than two miles from the M6 Junction 2.
