About Colliers House
Based in Coventry, West Midlands, Colliers House is part of our Specialist Care services, offering residential care to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorders.
The site is a traditional 4 bedroomed family home that has been adapted for our residential care facility. It is finished to a very high standard with the safety and comfort of our residents at front of mind.
Each of the bedrooms is single with well-equipped ensuite wet room facilities. At the heart of the home there is a large social lounge, dining kitchen, utility room, staff room, office, bathroom and toilet.
All rooms are equipped with assistive technologies and call systems for maximum safety and comfort, as well as access points for digital multimedia applications.
Outside there is an attractive large and secure rear garden and patio, and car parking to the front with high level access gates. The accommodation has been designed with the specific needs of the residents in mind and exceeds all national minimum standards.
We also offer eight individual, one person apartments split across two blocks of four, these too are built and fitted out to exceed all national standards.

Colliers House is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers significant space to each of the individuals who live there.
The location is within walking distance of local shopping and leisure facilities as well as a medical practice and pharmacy. Nearby there is a library and a range of sports and social clubs.
Coventry city centre is three miles away from Colliers House. The main bus route is within 150 metres and the home is four miles from Coventry train station and less than two miles from the M6 Junction 2.
