Gavin Dixon
Regional Operations Manager
Gavin joins us as a Regional Operations Manager and is very much looking forward to being part of the Dignus Group family.
He brings with him 28 years of experience in health and social care, leading services across both children’s and adult sectors throughout the UK. Gavin has supported people with autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities, mental health needs and acquired brain injury.
Gavin is solution-focused and believes strongly in working together to resolve challenges. He is committed to person-centred practice and to supporting both the people we support and our teams to reach their full potential. He has already been made to feel very welcome and is looking forward to meeting you all in the near future.
